Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Change of mind and incorrect sizing can be returned for store credit only.
• Refunds are issued only for items that are damaged or faulty, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
• Items must be in as new condition, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Koda Collection reserves the right to inspect any returned items before issuing store credit or a refund.
